Aakansha is a law graduate and has spent over 18 years with large corporates leading and supporting in-house legal function. She has excellence in identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risks, developing / implementing corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues. She has successfully supported businesses all through the legal process setting-up and handled very complex and strategically critical corporate actions, litigation, regulatory investigations spanning in the areas of corporate law, transaction law, M&A, IPRs, FDI, investment process, technology issues, regulatory matters, arbitration. Her expertise areas are Fin-tech laws, E-commerce, Ed-tech, Information Technology, Intellectual Property Laws and Corporate Transactions.
